If you use AutoPay SM, you may begin using TotalPay within 10 days of the completion of your credit approval and sales order. Contact your Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Key Account Manager (KAM) if you don't know whether your company uses AutoPay.

At what point in the payroll cycle will my account be debited?
Your company's bank account will be debited one day prior to pay date for your net payroll (the total of all ADPCheck and direct deposit transactions).
If your net payroll exceeds $400,000, you may be required to transmit your payroll funds via wire transfer two days prior to your pay date. This will ensure the timely processing of FSDD credits.

How will I know how much money will be debited from my account?
The amount debited will equal the total amount for the net payroll (net checks plus direct deposits). You can find this data on your payroll summary or statistical recap report.
